Yorkshire all-rounder George Hill has extended his contract until the end of the 2028 season.

The 24-year-old has made 49 first-class appearances for Yorkshire and hit a career-best 169 not out in the County Championship draw with Middlesex last August.

“George’s attitude and work ethic are second to none,” head coach Anthony McGrath said.

“He’s put real effort into ensuring he maintains the highest standards and the rest of the lads recognise how hard he works.”
