“Chemtrails” are an unsubstantiated conspiracy theory that’s existed for decades, despite universal calls that there’s no scientific basis for it. But with several US states looking to ban geoengineering, this conspiracy theory has escalated its way into actual US legislation that could result in real-life laws. The US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has endorsed the nonexistent chemtrails, even blaming them on a particular US government agency. Vedika Bahl explains in Truth or Fake.
